Section 1. Forum

1.1. General Provisions
These rules are valid for the entire forum, unless otherwise agreed separately. Ignorance of these and other forum rules not only does not relieve you of liability for their violation, but in itself is a violation and aggravating circumstance. These rules may be amended or supplemented by virtue of circumstances not considered in these rules. For violations of these rules, some penalties may be applied to the user.

1.2. General rules
It is forbidden to publish information containing:
excessive slang words, rude and obscene words or phrases;
other people's personal information;
insults, threats, slander;
objects of a racist character and inciting ethnic hatred;
calls for violence or violation of applicable law.
Punishment: editing or deleting information, as well as warning or ban user.

Section 2. Registration and user profile setup

2.1. check in
Indication of a nonexistent email address
registration of several accounts for personal gain;
fake profiles of other users;
selection of passwords to other people's accounts.
Punishment: ban or deletion of an account.

2.2. Username
use of names similar to the names of other forum users;
use of service characters in the name (not being letters or numbers);
the use of names consisting almost entirely of numbers;
Use as the name of website addresses.
Punishment: forced change of username.
Recommended: use short, catchy combinations of characters, one way or another related to you.

2.3. Avatar
using avatars already installed by someone on this forum;
frequent change avatars.
Punishment: removal of avatars, in case of repeated violation - blocking the ability to select avatars.
Recommended: use your photo or other catchy image as an avatar.

Section 3. Topics and Messages

3.1. Themes
creating topics that appeal to specific forum users;
creation of insignificant topics, those with a deliberate count on flood, offtopic and flame;
duplication of existing topics;
creation of topics that do not correspond to the topic of the section.
Punishment: deleting a topic or moving it to the appropriate section, warning the author.

3.2. Topic Title
Rule: the title of the topic should reflect its essence as clearly as possible.
use of insignificant expressions as a topic, such as: “Help!”, “Urgent!”, “Problem!” and others;
partial or full spelling of the name in capital letters: "WHAT TO DO ???";
the use of a large number of grouped punctuation marks: “The computer freezes at boot !!! What to do??????";
decoration of the name with various symbols: ".. :: Theme name :: ..";
Using a topic name that is not logically related to your message.
Punishment: correction of the topic name forcibly, warning the author of the topic.
Recommended: as brief as possible to reveal the essence of the topic: "Error installing the game CS 1.6"; intrigue the visitor in the title of the topic: “Elections: True and False”, “A new version of Windows has been released. What's inside?". Remember: each visitor by the name of the topic must guess what he sees in it.

3.3. Messages
writing a message in capital letters;
BBCode abuse (applying style to the whole message);
the use of text writing techniques in which its meaning is not always clear to visitors: "LLImo Humb yMHoe cka3aJI 6bI ...";
abuse of graphic emoticons;
using emoticons from other sites using BBCode;
inserting images with a large volume using BBCode (you can restrict yourself to a regular link with a description);
publication of messages consisting of only one link without a description (each user has the right to know in advance what he will see on your link).
Punishment: correction or deletion of a message, warning to the author, in case of repeated violation - ban.
Not recommended: use an excessive amount of modern network "dialects", professional terms, etc., if the topic of discussion does not require this.
Recommended: write correctly.

3.4. Discussions
discussion of the actions of the forum moderators outside the admin section;
flame - the transition during the discussion of any boundaries of politeness;
flood - meaningless or insignificant information that does not carry a semantic load, i.e. short messages like “class”, “interesting”, etc .;
offtopic - messages that do not correspond to the topic, i.e. if the conversation is about brands of cars, and the message is written that tomorrow you go to the movies;
personal correspondence - to solve personal issues there is a system of Personal Messages;the use of dishonest methods of conducting discussions in the form of “juggling” the statements of the interlocutors, editing or deleting their own messages in order to distort or hide their original meaning.
Punishment: for "juggling" - restriction of the rights of the violator to edit their own messages; in other cases - deleting messages with violations and warning their authors.
